Pros

Brief - Provides GREAT exposure to clients and projects spread across the world - Nothing else beats that. Holds some very good projects with great technologies to work on (Not all are good though). Decent growth prospects. Decent place to begin a career.

Detail - Company growth is impressive in spite of the industry unpredictability/downturn - in part because of the right capabilities/projects handled, also because of the CEO/COO with great foresight. Not such a huge organization wherein you would tend to feel tiny or lost, not too small either. Just because of the poor administration - it loses the perfect category, it is hence almost near perfect for a individual who would want to begin his career in this industry.

Also has good stability and fundamentals in business. It is nearly an excellent outlier in that aspect!

Cons

Brief - Heavy workload pressure and poor employee lifestyle caused due to average or poor management in this regard and extremely poor administration.

Detail - Absolutely no recreational facilities present in any of their campuses worldwide (Employee welfare here is non-existent except for the basic insurance(s) provided - It covers only those employee welfare aspects wherein the company's interests are also safeguarded). Not much interactivity with management. Absolutely not good for experienced lateral joinees (The company as a policy ALWAYS prefers freshers - Experienced people are not recommended to be hired by management here unless it is absolutely necessary or no other alternative) High performers do not receive any differentiation against average or poor performers - the quarterly merit awards system here is mostly given NOT on the basis of performance, but SOLELY for retaining or providing a balm for dissatisfied employees.

Almost always, employees are not allowed to work or look into implementations of any new complex ideas or enhancements they may have proposed in their teams/projects/technologies, implementations that may or may not improve things (Could be found out only after looking into it - the technically tough ones for example). The team culture is always this - just stick to the daily tasks (which are labour intensive and sometimes require superhuman feats) and do not deviate or cause disruption (Even if that disruption is towards positive improvement). This culture though, is present only in the lower hierarchy of team(s)/Project(s). Once you go up the hierarchy or if there is a client requirement/pain point, this slightly improves.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stay average as you are right now and picture what could have been.

Or else drive towards change, improvement and creating a great organization.
