Prosrecognized company, award winner of many prestigious titles, also easy chance to grow & for making career in a foreign country ,since it is US based company.

Constreat engineer as labour, kill their social life as it is a work culture of all software companies.salary is good but no time for family.

Advice to Senior Managementi am not a position to advice may management as i am inexperiened.
