Is demanding and sometimes rewarding.

Manager (Current Employee)

ProsPromotions mostly come from with in the company. Tons of learning oppurunities. Above average pay. Excellent 401k plan.

ConsSometimes cut throat. You have to lead and produce good numbers or be replaced. Very competitive, especially with in the company.

Advice to Senior ManagementAs a corporation I have no advice for management. What they do works well.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
