Pros

Make your own schedule. Great training.

Cons

Work weekends. A lot of customer service issues that you have to take care of, that were out of your control to begin with.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to help your team grow sales. Visit customers and build on the great relationship the MAs already built.
