I worked at Systech Solutions full-time

    Pros

    Good bootcamp training.
Have opportunity to learn and explore new tools available in the DW/BI Market.
People with great skills will be around you most of the time so no worries in terms of technical help.

    Cons

    Very less projects
    More people on bench
People who have worked in projects will only get projects to work with.
Waiting for a good project will be the buzzword.
Need to outperform well in your first project is mandatory else you will put on a permanent bench.
    Appraisal's sucks.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Better to have more projects else there is no point in hiring freshers to be put in bench.
Try to give opportunities for people who really want to prove a point.
Just giving one project is not good enough to judge a employee.
Give feedbacks to employees after each project and dont stamp them during appraisal.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
