    Pros

You get a choice on how you dress, Just as long as it is black.
    Discount.
    Coworkers are super cool.
Location, Location, Location. Gaslamp was the place to work and go out for a drink right after.
Training was done correctly. The menu was explained.. then every room in the building was toured through.

    Cons

    2 Drink maximum.
Schedules aren't e-mailed and It took forever to get a manager to give it to you through the phone.
Making change and tipping out kind of sucked especially if you didnt make any money that day because you got cut super early.

    I worked at T.G.I. Friday's part-time (more than a year)

    Pros

The hours are regular, the food is good (half price meal during shifts), and in my location most of the managers were relatively understanding. Opportunity for health insurance.

    Cons

The attempt at branding Fridays as a "family" restaurant led to some asinine dress code requirements, although banishing flair has been wonderful.
