I worked at T.G.I. Friday's part-time for more than a year


Pros: Coworkers can be fun to work with and pay at $9/hr is reasonably good… Cons: Management plays favorites and are very picky, sometimes unfair. Not many hours. Friday's restaurants attract a certain 'kind'… Advice to Senior Management: Treat your all of your employees fairly, and don't hire… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
