Current Employee – been working at T-Mobile
Pros – T-Mobile has a very friendly work-environment. T-Mobile is definitely a place to perform well and grow quickly for those who want to.
Cons – At times it can become very stressful with the metrics that everyone is expected to reach.
Advice to Senior Management – Recognize your hardworking employees much more than you do. It would really help reduce employee turnover.
