Pros

Great pay if you know how to sell. Job is super easy. Company wants to do the right things for customers and employees

Cons

Managers are just that, managers. Make you use and do wasteful thing just to do your job. Rightfit guide comes to mind. Most of the people making the policies and processes that are used are made by people that dont know how to run a retail biz.

Advice to Management

Promote from within and don't insult the top performing sales reps with telling them they need to take a pay cut to get promoted. I average 65k+ and you want me to take 45k to as a promotion. Not a chance. What a wasted of my talent.

    Pros

Great benefits: 5 weeks PTO (+/- depending on role and tenure), strong Values-based culture, exciting industry, great Eastside location. Exciting development opportunities for high-performers

    Cons

Leadership tends to operate in silos and change direction without warning or supporting data. May not be a company for much longer - with or without merger.

    Advice to Management

If the merger doesn't go through, return to the pre-merger strategy, T-Mobile can still be a player in the market.

Was excellent until one day. Then it all changed for the worst.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

-good if you get a good market and specifically Market Manager and Division director -Pay can be good if your hitting your goals which can be possible depending on how they feel like making them for the month. -Fun -Pretty good employee phone plan.

    Cons

-Get the wrong market, market manager, and divisional director and kiss all the money, fun, reason you want to go to work everyday good bye. -People given positions above you have never been in your shoes, never mind actually working in a t-mobile store. and they expect you to listen to them when they say something asinine for you to do.

    Advice to Management

look at who your hire to oversee the store managers and market managers. There is usually more talent and retail knowledge coming from the newer part timers than coming from the leaders.
