    Pros

The team environment has been fantastic. I have a second family at T-Mobile and will be sad to leave that. The pay for the job duties is also very competitive if you work in a high volume store. Commission is about half of your pay if you are a solid sales rep.

    Cons

You don't know your schedule until a week in advance, so work/life balance is somewhat hard to achieve. It has been disappointing not being able to coordinate with family members and plan for the weekend, as I work every single weekend. Miscommunication from the retail and customer care sectors are a sore point as well. It has led to customers becoming upset when they are told contrasting information, and leaving in droves. I also question T-Mobile higher ups' ability to lead and make good decisions for the company.

    Advice to Management

Realize why you are last place in the wireless industry and address those issues first and foremost. Make a decision and then stick to it 100% This will lead to less turbulence and less customers/ employees leaving.
