    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Good pay, good benefits! Stable job if you meet stats

    Cons

Very stressful, you have to meet stats that can change at any time and our schedule changes every six months...they treat this more like a career then a job..they want you to put tmobile before and above every thing else in your life

    Advice to Management

Everyone needs to be on the same page, we Change schedules every six months and when we change, and everyime we change the coach and senior do things differently and when you question it they say they are doing it the right way.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Pay and benefits are good, phone benefits, insurance benefits and perks. Pay compensation is generally good based on surrounding salaries.

    Cons

Sometimes it seems that you have to be part of the in crowd to grow in a, position. The job is a popularity contest.

    Advice to Management

When you are trying to grow a business take some feedback from your representatives, feedback seems to be more one sided.
