I have been working at T-Mobile

Pros

Benefits are best in class, as is the work/life balance. Great pay and relaxed people make working for T-mobile more fun that a chore

Cons

Some departments do not have enough positions for you to move forward so you will have to transfer outside the state if you are looking to move up in your department

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your team. They are the ones that are facing the customers each day and understand what they want. Facts and figures are not always the way to look at business

    Pros

Relaxed work atmosphere. Business casual attire. No micro managing. Managers are always ready to help out.

    Cons

Part time workers get no pto. So anytime off is unpaid. Been with the company three years and still can't move up to a good full time position.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I've worked for all three major cell carriers. Promote the people who know the business!
