I have been working at T-Mobile full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

Tmobile offers great benefits including 401k with company match and full health /dental /vision. Generous commissions for unlimited potential growth.

Cons

It is a retail business so hours are not ideal. Many changes and knowledge of numerous devices and products required

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Great company overall but seems like external hires get better compansation packages

    I have been working at T-Mobile

    Pros

    T-Mobile provides excellent entry-level sales opportunities in their retail stores nationwide. The company generally acknowledges and praises front-line employee achievements and performance, and takes great care of its workers.

    Cons

    T-Mobile focuses on profits and customer acquisition to the point of heavily sacrificing customer service. Salespeople are, as an expectation, generally very aggressive and pushy, particularly in fast-paced downtown locations, and many customer complaints are received on a weekly basis. There is a lack of consistency among management teams within retail stores, therefore some workplaces offer higher quality-of-life than others.

    Pros

    open door policy and front line feedback are highly valued by leadership. Compensation and benefits are robust and pay is great.

    Cons

    Call center work can be very demanding and requires a flexible schedule. It requires a lot of self discipline to maintain performance.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Continue listening to the front line employees as they truly hold your brand in their hand. Continue to provide great incentive pay.
