I have been working at T-Mobile full-time for more than 5 years

Pros-awesome benefits and pay
-very dynamic work description
-ongoing training is available and decent

Cons-don't get collateral that we need for our accounts in timely manner (sometimes never)
-metrics and sales results are slow to receive

Advice to Senior Management-pay attention to the needs of those out in the field

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

It was a good company to work for. Too Bad it could not be turned around...

Pros: Great work-life balance Solid pay and bonus 5 wks of PTO 401k easy parking commuter… Cons: Constantly "putting out fires" Analysis requests out of the blue for short-term wins at the expense of long… Advice to Senior Management: Back story of T-Mobiles demise: T-Mobile failed early on when investment in the company was insufficient to stay competitive with the likes of Verizon and AT&T.… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More

Pros: The pay and benefits package was good. Cons: Closed 7 call center sites to "consolidate," all the while ramping up "service partners." i.e. Outsourcers in South America and the Philippines. Company… Advice to Senior Management: Listen to your customers and bring back more American jobs. No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
