Pros

Flexible Scheduling,
Opportunity for advancement,
Pay is great for a good performer.
GREAT benifits

Cons

Retail hours (which for some isn't a bad thing, Just not my favorite)
Sometimes management can be unorganized.

    Benefits, pay, and the customers inside and outside the company.

    Cons

    Not focusing on the money and get back to tje nasics the customers.
