I have been working at T-Mobile part-time for more than 3 years

Pros

-Great benefits for sales representatives.
-Easy to work with around availability and scheduling

Cons

-Horrible structure
-Rely on TOO many reports for metrics
-Only care about numbers for advancement

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't get everyone worked up about having upper management coming into the stores and be willing to work with the stores instead of making them uptight knowing you are coming in. Don't rely on reporting that is false.

    Unrealistic expectations and focus has changed from customer service to sales

    Listen to your csr directly go to them. And hear what they have to say without making them feel as if they will be punished for there opinion
