    Pros

Awesome coworkers that really have your back. I really enjoy working here with the teams as they really do mean "team Together"

    Cons

drama and politics from Upper management. Wieth the CEO trying to sell the company, It really makes it hard to trust in the CEO after trying to sell us out to ATT

Former Employee - Customer Care Coach in Brownsville, TX

    I worked at T-Mobile full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Great pay....one of the highest paying employers in this area, great benefits, leadership development, $200 every month for childcare, discounts on phones and service, in house cafe and gym, bonuses, incentives

    Cons

just like any other employers there is some favoritism, loa fraud....people can get to work and leave whenever they feel like it just cuz of the loa

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

local and national HR needs to put their foot down and crack down on loa fraud, hurts employees who do care about their jobs....go back to the customer's experience, CEO and back off a bit on so much selling, fix the automated system, quit bugging the customer's with annoying free text messages regarding their balance, due date, etc.
