Pros

Excellent pay, benefits and management. Raises and schedules are merit based which is great....you don't have to be there 20 years to get a sweet schedule just do a good job.

Cons

It is a busy atmousphere and sometimes angry customers....you need to be a person that can work under stress.

Advice to Management

Really I had no complaints with management. They are very helpful and caring in my experience.

    Pros

    Good pay, good working environment, excellent benifits! Career advancement opportunities, tuition reimbursement, performanced based for bonuses, plenty of friendly people - coworks as well as supervisors, great core values and the company really does care about their customers

    Cons

    To get a bonus the requirements constantly changes to the point where very few are able to obtain it. Also more responsibility & requirements for performance is constantly being added in order to keep your job which causes an extreme amount of stress related illnesses thoughout the center...regardless of the cons, if you can handle it, its a great job! Too bad our center was down sized...but even then they offered relocation to another center :-)

    Pros

    they have a great cafeteria with real food to eat. Pool table, Foosball and other things to relax and pass time on break or lunch

    Cons

    supervisors have a my way or highway attitude. They are not willing to change or adjust to the new technology solutions.

    Adjust to new solutions to issues
