ProsBenefits (Health/Phone), Competitive 401k plan, Opportunities to move up within company, great work/personal life balace, Lots of support from leadership, Tuition reimbursement and excellent compensation/Severance package.

ConsLong hiring process and they are constantly reorganizing the company and eliminating positions.

    Micro-Management Does Not Work!
