    I worked at T-Mobile full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Great benefits (Employee phone plan discount, Health (inexpensive), Dental, Vision, Tuition Reimbursement, 401k)
    Decent base salary

    Cons

    Demanding Quotas
    Retail Hours
    Struggling Company constantly changing focus
Unfair compensation plan rewards stores that previously underperformed
Nearly impossible to promote above store manager

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Compensation plan/quota assignment needs to be reworked. Quotas assigned by district manager allows for favoritism towards certain store managers.
