I have been working at T-Mobile full-time (more than 5 years)

Pros

- Great Values and Work Culture
- Good opportunity to learn and contribute

Cons

- Having a hard time with Long term vision of the company
- Some departments are too focused on delivery and not on quality

Advice to ManagementAdvice

- Get a clear and solid vision to the company
- Enable the senior management with the ability to make decisions and provide right tools to be successful. and then make them accountable for results.

    I worked at T-Mobile full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Opportunity for advancement, latest cellular technologies, innovative organization with the ability to churn out new customer-centric features. I worked on the billing system, good Dev / Test process.

    Cons

    Went through growing pains, moving from an entrepreneurial organization to maturity caused problems internally with experienced staff and did not result better processes. Outsourced operations of billing system to third party.

    Executive hires should be concerned with innovation, not cost cutting.
