Current Employee – been working at T-Mobile full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – - Great Values and Work Culture
- Good opportunity to learn and contribute
Cons – - Having a hard time with Long term vision of the company
- Some departments are too focused on delivery and not on quality
Advice to Senior Management – - Get a clear and solid vision to the company
- Enable the senior management with the ability to make decisions and provide right tools to be successful. and then make them accountable for results.
