Pros

Fun company, great opportunity to work in a fast paced environment that changes litterally from day to day.

Cons

Company changes compensation, jobs, job schedule and anything else thats needed in order to stay competitive. This can be difficult for those who need constants.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Committ to your place in the market as the "value carrier". This is how every one else views the company anyway. Own your place in the market, embrace it, and go get the sales based your space with in the market.

-Great company to work for and gain experience in sales with opportunity to move up to management

    Cons

-The training is not the best training, its more of hands on training which can be good but bad at the sometime since you'll make plenty of mistakes along the way.
-Upper management is not the best out there a lot of favoritism within the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Promote those who really show the qualities of a leader and coach, not those who spend the most time kissing up to upper management.
