EIT is full of non-techincal Senior Leadership that sometimes do not understand the ramifications of their decisions.
Can get stale working on marketing initiatives that do not require any technical innovation.

    Pros

    The company is very open with it's goals. Senior Management is staffed with people that you would like to work for.

    Cons

    Very busy, constantly shifting goals. T-Mobile is considered the 5th best cell phone carrier in the US. Not a very strong position in the industry. The end of the year is a very busy time in the industry. There is often a restriction on taking time off during the end of year holidays.
