Retail sales has unachievable goals.

Retail Sales Associate (Former Employee)

ProsFun people to work with, decent health benefits, nearly free cell phone plan.

ConsWe were given goals each month that did not take in to account current trends in the area. Every store in the county could have a bad sales month, but it was always blamed on the reps.
Customer service rules constantly changed making us in the field look like we were lying to our customers.
And personally, each time I was told I was ready to be promoted, management changed and the new manager wanted time to get to know me before making any decisions.

– I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

A half truth is worse than a whole lie!

    Sales (Current Employee)

I have been working at T-Mobile full-time for more than a year

Pros: PTO, young business sales teams, good benefits Cons: Trying to run with the Big Dogs, AT&T Verizon Sprint.....but not ready yet. Promotes very quickly and haphazardly....hence you have… Advice to Senior Management: Stop acting like you HAVE arrived in the B2B market and realize you should structure your comp plan to put real… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
