“Very focused on customer and employee satisfaction”
Former Employee – worked at T-Mobile full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Very dynamic and open work environment. Upward mobility is unhindered and fast when you work hard and show results.
Cons – Relocation to regional or corporate headquarters is required for upward mobility once certain levels have been achieved. The company's unstable future can change its working environment.
Advice to Senior Management – Try to stay true to the bottom up management philosophy that helped drive those growth years before the 3G launch.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
