“great place to work”
I worked at T-Mobile full-time for less than a year
Pros – friendly coworkers, fun work environment, management seems to care
Cons – shift bids. its extremely hard to get a decent schedule when first hired you actually draw out of a hat and cross your fingers.
Advice to Senior Management – plenty of room to move up if you put in the work
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
