T-Mobile Employee Review
T-Mobile – “A great company, but incredibly difficult work.”
Pros
They do an excellent job of training, coaching, and compensating their best employees for the work they do. They provide a comfortable work environment, many small perks, and lots of incentives for those with the right talents and willingness to work.
Cons
This job (Customer Service Representative) is NOT for everyone! It requires the ability to multitask at a very high level. The expectations are set amazingly high, and many people either leave due to the pressure, or, like me, are unable to meet the lofty goals set for them. If you can talk to your friend on the phone while playing a video game and using an IM client, you might have the skills needed.
Advice to Senior Management
Continue to invest in your employees, and remember that recent changes have made the job even tougher than it was a year ago. A year ago the place had more of a happy atmosphere than it does today. That is not a trend in the interests of the company.
