ProsBenefits, phone plan, team around you

Consever changing goals, coach and upper mangement more concerned with their own growth. Will promise you the world and nothing will happen I was ranked number 2 in the country in RSL and 3 in the country for CLT and was fired for changing a customer to the wrong plan was never in trouble before. oter reps were suspended for cursing at customers but were allowed back give me a break.

Advice to Senior Managementstop the buddy system and promote those who deserve it.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
