Benefits, phone plan, team around you

ever changing goals, coach and upper mangement more concerned with their own growth. Will promise you the world and nothing will happen I was ranked number 2 in the country in RSL and 3 in the country for CLT and was fired for changing a customer to the wrong plan was never in trouble before. oter reps were suspended for cursing at customers but were allowed back give me a break.

Advice to Management

stop the buddy system and promote those who deserve it.

    I can't think of anything positive. Refocus your entire approach on employee branding, create realistic expectations and ensure that your practice is TRULY what you ARE preaching.

    Management can be disconnected or unreasonable towards employees.

    Advice to Management

    Tmobile recently made an adjustment to commission structure that is high unfavorable to employees. Thing is, they actually presented it as if employees would actually make more money through the new arrangement.
