    Pros

Great people, lots of responsibility from the get-go, a very face-to-face environment, almost no laptops in meetings, very family/team oriented culture

    Cons

At the time, T-Mobile had a lot of C-level change (new CEO, many leaders left) and was potentially going to be purchased by AT&T, this made for a constant feeling of uncertainty and a little bit of an every man for himself kind of feeling.
