“Retail Store Manager, Great, fast paced enviroment”
Former Employee – worked at T-Mobile full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Good compensation and good benefits, if you manager your store well and work hard you will advance quickly. They have great programs in place for those looking to advance. Enjoyed working side by side my sales team and helping customers.
Cons – Not many, they hired a few District Managers and Directors from the outside that did not understand the telecommunications industry and made it stressful on Retail Store Managers.
Advice to Senior Management – Hire leaders that are knowledgeable in the telecommunications industry. other than that keep up the great work!!!
