“Fun, exciting, engaging enviroment, feel like your own boss.”
Current Employee – been working at T-Mobile part-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Fun, pays well, time is flexible, management is great (Depends on manager) benefits are great
Cons – Slow time right now, upper management are changing focus every couple of months and bringing them back, nothing is consistent forever,.
Advice to Senior Management – Stop pushing right-fit guides, no one does them, its all just stuff we write after the sale is over. stop changing focus implement and keep it there rather than bringing it back after a couple months
