I have been working at T-Mobile part-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Fun, pays well, time is flexible, management is great (Depends on manager) benefits are great

Cons

Slow time right now, upper management are changing focus every couple of months and bringing them back, nothing is consistent forever,.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop pushing right-fit guides, no one does them, its all just stuff we write after the sale is over. stop changing focus implement and keep it there rather than bringing it back after a couple months

I worked at T-Mobile full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Fast paced, people-oriented workplace. Great collaborative environment. Work hard while having fun would be a good motto.

    Cons

Great company BEFORE the proposed AT&T merger, since then it has been a bit chaotic and rudderless. Hopeful that the new CEO will 'right the ship.'

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Set a clear direction and harness all the positive people energy toward it. Rebuild trust in senior leadership that has waned in the last couple of years.
