    Performance determines income, yet little incentive to move up as it would result in a pay cut for high performers.

    I have been working at T-Mobile full-time for more than 5 years


    Pros: Good benefits, fairly open corporate structure, some great upper management Cons: Promotions often result in a pay cut if you're a top performer, company will cut costs for front… Advice to Senior Management: Don't lose sight of "the big picture." Recognize talent where due, learn to analyze numbers/metrics; they don't lie yet they are deeper than an excel… – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
