T-Mobile – “TMobile is still OK by me”

Pros

Great benefits and vacation time. After years of service great discounts and time off. Would reccomend to anyone that it is a good job.

Cons

Mangement is very secretive and can hold a persons career back because of personal tastes. That is not consistent everywhere but it can happen at any time.

Advice to Senior Management

Please, please, please do not forget the employees that made the company what it is today. I o understand the need for profit and growth, just not at the expense of your employees that are devoted to the company.
