T-Mobile – “Event Representative”

Pros

T-Mobile is a company that actually cares about it's employees AND it's customers. I was satisfied the entire time I worked there. The benefits package they offer the employees (full- or part-time) is amazing! Overall, a great company to work for and a company I was proud to work for.

Cons

They don't pay quite as much as competitors, but only by $.25 or $.50 an hour. However, the working conditions more than make up for the lower pay.

Advice to Senior Management

Keep doing what you're doing. I absolutely loved working there and would glad work there again! Just always remember the values!
