“Great time with great co workers”
Current Employee – been working at T-Mobile full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Gain great friendships with the team. benefits even for part timers. Pay is fair.
Cons – The meetings can be redundant and useless sometimes.
Changes in comission structure. After that nothing else.
Advice to Senior Management – Return customer service to when it would win JD Power Associates every year. Create surveys for your reps to let you know what is going on in the stores.
