Former Employee – worked at T-Mobile full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Flexible- managers let you telecommute. Fun fast pased environment. The values are really important to the comapny and not just a poster on the wall.
Cons – Company changes direction too much. Re-organizations make employees fearfull they will not have a job.
