    Pros

    I've worked for T-Mobile for 6 years. In those 6 years, I have had great development opportunities which have made positive impacts to my life overall. At T-Mobile you will find that those who are invested, love what they do. T-Mobile has leaders who care and diversity is welcomed.

    Cons

    One of the only things I would list as a con would be that change is constant. Due to the nature of the business, you can't just commit information to memory because the industry is constantly changing with technological advances.
