“T-Mobile treats it's employees well.”
I worked at T-Mobile full-time for less than a year
Pros – Mobile industry leader, pay is pretty competitive
Cons – Lots of churn due to executive pivots
Advice to Senior Management – Narrow your focus to the things that truly matter to growth and put all of your energy behind those things.
