Hard to play the game when the rules change

I worked at T-Mobile full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Excellent benefits, decent pay. My team coach was great, so was the lead agent. Facility was very comfortable, had several amenities (gym, game room, pool table, TV, quiet room, on-site food preparation by an outside vendor for breakfast and lunch.

    Cons

What started out as customer service, with some "up-selling" became a sales oriented job, with the emphasis on sales. Too much micro managing, shout outs to agents too long on a call.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't change rules in the middle of the game.
