Fun, laid-back atmosphere with a lot of changes!

Retail Sales Associate (Current Employee)
North Olmsted, OH

Prosfun atmosphere, easy to sell, managers are always there to help, sales goals are beyond achievable, everything is changing right now - no contracts, full price devices, iphone 5 ... we are going to get a lot more customers which means more $$$ - the company keeps it real with it's customers and overall makes it easier for the sales associates to have the opportunity for a lot of sales!

Constook away the phone discounts for employees, raise freeze right now, lowest paying out of all the cellular providers, takes a while to move up in the company

Advice to Senior Managementmake it easier to advance! promote from WITHIN! better employee discounts ... raises...all of that good stuff - it's not like we don't have the money...

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)
    Bellevue, WA

I worked at T-Mobile full-time for more than a year

Pros: **Relaxed work environment **Great work-life balance **Pay is at or above market standards The recent changes towards non-contract plans & iPhone brought about when the new CEO came… Cons: With focus on going public and "cleaning up the financial house" there have been lots of changes. Most people understand and can get on board… Advice to Senior Management: The focus on a quality product for the customers is definitely a step in the right direction. What is not, however, is a complete disregard… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
