no advancement especially if you work hard, it seems the less you do the more chance you have of getting promoted

dont tell people what a great job they do and do nothing to promote them...instead just accept the work we all did.

    Pros

    * Pay is decent
    * Fun place to work, the company strives to be on the "Best place to work" list that comes out every year
    * Everyone seems to really like what they do
    * Fairly smart people that you can learn a lot from.

    Cons

    * Most positions are filled in the companies HQ in Washington sate (Newport, Bothell, Seattle, Snoqualmie)
    * Advancement to management will most likely require a reloaction to the above cities.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    * Continue to treat your employees the way you do, if you treat them right and do the right thing, you will get the productivity back from them 10x. Continue to have the mentality that you want T-Mobile USA to be the best place to work.

    -Excellent support team (especially Customer Service)

    -Ever-changing and exciting industry to work in

    -Lots of recognition and reward programs

    -Excellent benefits and flexibility

    Cons

    Impossible to move from a Sales role to anything different , even if you have been extremely successful.

    Create and promote a separate website dedicated to attracting business customers.
