    Approves of CEO

    Pros

TMO is a great place to start if you already have a few years of experience under your belt. In the beginning, the job is pretty overwhelming, but once you get into the swing of things, life as a Recruiter is great. TMO is on the cutting edge of technology and THAT alone is pretty cool. I'd recommend TMO to anyone.

    Cons

The ups and downs of the wireless industry in general can be pretty stressful.

    Advice to Management

Management is pretty good. They understand how to run the business and communication is good.

  2. It's not a bad place to work

    Former Employee - Anonymous Employee
    Recommends
    Approves of CEO

    Pros

It's got its plusses and minuses, probably the pros is that it's one of the smaller carriers (although still a big company) and therefore not as jaded or corporate

    Cons

It's still pretty corporate by normal standards, if you have any experience working for a small business then working for t-mobile might be frustrating.

    Advice to Management

Hey guys remember where you started and where you're going to and from there you can figure out what is appropriate, right.
