I have been working at T-Mobile full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

T-Mobile offers great benefits (discounted phone, health, dental, vision) and has an easy-going culture around the office. Individuals collaborate well and there is no sense of competition among fellow employees.

    Cons

Benefits have declined as they are reducing expenses. Opportunities for advancement have shrunk as recent layoffs have trimmed the ranks of middle management.

    Recommends
    Positive Outlook
    Approves of CEO
