ProsGood hours and equivalent pay for the work. Put in a position to succeed in this role with manager support. Great coworkers and supervisors.

ConsDirectives were often changed at the last minute. There are not very good opportunities for career advancement here because of poor company performance.

Advice to Senior ManagementDefine career paths and more support from upper management
