Pros

Good Money in relation to hours. Its not too hard to meet metrics, just set a target each day you go to work and also know your customers and how to handle them based on your store location

Cons

Extremely demanding. Typical retail brouhaha. You get sucked into the number game every month. Can be frustrating if you dont meet your metrics.

Current Employee - Marketing Manager in Bellevue, WA

    Pros

A company that's trying to do things differently. Seems to have pulled itself out of the slump it was in for a few years. Lots of opportunity to move fast and change the industry.

    Cons

The organization keeps changing all the time. This can be good or bad depending what you're looking for. People seeking comfortable stable employment should look elsewhere.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep shaking up the industry. Do more to retain your high-performers.
