I worked at T-Mobile full-time (More than 8 years)

Pros

- Fair Human Resource Policies and Procedures - Great Pay - Fantastic Benefits! - Continued Training - Bonuses - Merit Increases - Great Facilities - Great Employee Expense Process - Flexible - Empowers Employees - Quarterly Review Process - Goals

Cons

- Some staff were in positions which they were unqualified - Management Roller Coaster (management changes frequently and instills their own thoughts and beliefs) - Executives believe that people are only effective when staff is centralized - Personally encountered managers who had a very unique management style, which seemed to contradict the company's morals. However, after reporting the incidents to Human Resources, the teams were reorganized to remove the manager.

    I worked at T-Mobile full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Mobile is a very exciting industry - T-Mobile is trying to change pricing models in the industry to make it more afordable and reasonable

    Cons

It is centrally managed, with a lot of politics and disagreements among different groups. Company has difficulty managing more than one thread

    Advice to Management

You need to become a multi-threaded company where leaders have annual budgets, and goals, and can operate against those goals

I have been working at T-Mobile full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good Money in relation to hours. Its not too hard to meet metrics, just set a target each day you go to work and also know your customers and how to handle them based on your store location

    Cons

Extremely demanding. Typical retail brouhaha. You get sucked into the number game every month. Can be frustrating if you dont meet your metrics.
