Pros

Great commission structure, management is very flexible on scheduling. Company is positioning itself to make huge profits on the new LTE band (data speed).

Cons

base pay is too low.

    Pros

    A Fairly inexpensive health insurance package

    Cons

    Shift changes every 6 months,, no free phones, no raises, shifts are not reasonable for starr times and end times for daycare purposes. Stress level is very high. Customer surveys determine shift rankings. Morale very bad knowing your whole performance is based off customer perception.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Fire whoever is in charge of the shifts. Treat your employees better especially ones with tenure. Our dedication to the company has no merit towards anything. Myvoc is garbage.
