Great sales people can make money, but it's tricking old people into buying things we both know they don't need.

Company is rife with Nepotism. It's not what you know, but rather who you know . . .

    Pros

Decent pay, although the commission structure has declined every year for the past 7. Benefits are top notch. Vacation time is ample (although it's difficult to schedule)

    Cons

Impossible to advance beyond RSM, Everyone is afraid for their job, Horrible work/life balance. Your free time is not your own. Shady DMs push fraudulent activations, then bury the workers for following through on orders.

    Pros

Challenging! Great for people who like interacting with others. Great Benefits and paid time off.

    Cons

Not paid fair wages. Have responsibility like managers, get paid less than reps. In ideal location, sales lead will actualy be on the floor, but in most they are behind the pods, like the sales reps.

    Advice to Management

Pay them for what they do! Leads are required to hand off customers to reps, reps do nothing but ring the customer out. The reps end up with highr commissions than sales leads!!
