Good company to learn latest wireless technology and build a career path

I have been working at T-Mobile full-time for more than 10 years

ProsWork is interesting, there is always something new going on, there are a lot of learning opportunities but you need to look for them. Management is supportive and generally takes care of the employees. Good benefits. It seems that with the new CEO the company finally is going in the right direction.

ConsA lot of cost cutting, sometimes there is too much work and too few people. Formal training is limited, but you can learn from others.

Advice to Senior ManagementSet clear priorities, employees can not do everything right away. Find money for formal training

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
