ProsGreat opportunity to make commission if you are skilled in sales and self driven
It is like working at the drive thru window of McDonalds where you are taking orders but making more money.

ConsThe company has management problems that are unsure on how to make the company better so they keep changing their tactics making it complicated to the consumers.
The never take feedback from the employees
Lots of corporate politics

Advice to Senior ManagementLet go of your Old Navy Managers and simplify your products and service selection

    It is a lot of pressure

    Pros: got to work with new cell phones talking to customers Cons: not enough hours. the mall was boring so not many customers… Advice to Senior Management: none, they were pretty okay. Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
