    I wasn’t challenged enough in this role. I like fast pace, always busy type of work.

    Pros

    If you did your job well you would be rewarded for it. Monthly incentive's were easy to make. Teams could have cook outs during meeting times.. Always something fun going on.

    Cons

    Getting time off when you needed it could be a problem some times. Also had to work a lot of holidays. Location was open 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

    Advice to Management

    Some would forget what it was like be on the phone all day for 8 hours..
